Art Explorers
A hands-on art program designed to help children build confidence, curiosity, and their own creative voice.
Art Explorers is a 6 week program in which students are introduced to artists, materials, techniques, and visual ideas through projects that encourage both skill-building and individual expression. Classes are thoughtfully structured while still leaving room for experimentation, choice, and the kind of deep engagement that happens when children are trusted as capable creators.
Rather than focusing on producing identical finished projects, we’ll explore how artists think, notice, solve problems, and make decisions. Children will work with a variety of media while developing foundational art skills and learning to approach the creative process with confidence.
All materials are provided, and children will bring home several completed projects. Six weeks. Mondays from 1:30-2:30 pm at Abner Montessori beginning October 12, 2026. Ages 5+. $125 for 6 classes.

Payment & Registration Terms
Payment may be made by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.
For Venmo or Zelle, please provide the username, phone number, or email associated with your account in the registration form. I will send you a payment request.
Cash or checks may be left with the school front desk. Please place payment in a clearly labeled envelope with your child’s name and “Art/Music Explorers.” Checks may be made payable to Sudha McFadden.
Because class size is limited and your child’s registration holds a place that may otherwise be offered to another student, registration fees are non-refundable after 10/5 unless the spot can be filled by another student.
There are no prorated refunds or credits for classes missed by a student.
If I need to cancel a class, a make-up class will be scheduled.
