Music Explorers
A joyful, hands-on music class designed to help children build confidence, musical understanding, and a lasting connection to making music.
In the 6-week Music Explorers program, students develop foundational skills through a mix of rhythm, listening, movement, musical games, and ensemble activities with hands-on instrument practice. Classes are structured to give children clear guidance while still leaving room for curiosity, experimentation, and meaningful choice.
Designed for musicians of all skill levels, we’ll explore how music works — patterns, pitch, rhythm, expression, coordination, and listening — while helping each child feel capable and successful as a musician.
All materials are provided, and children will gain several musical competencies while creating their own compositions. Six weeks. Mondays from 1:40-2:30 pm at Abner Montessori beginning October 14, 2026. Ages 5+. $125 for 6 classes.

Payment & Registration Terms
Payment may be made by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.
For Venmo or Zelle, please provide the username, phone number, or email associated with your account in the registration form. I will send you a payment request.
Cash or checks may be left with the school front desk. Please place payment in a clearly labeled envelope with your child’s name and “Art/Music Explorers.” Checks may be made payable to Sudha McFadden.
Because class size is limited and your child’s registration holds a place that may otherwise be offered to another student, registration fees are non-refundable after 10/5 unless the spot can be filled by another student.
There are no prorated refunds or credits for classes missed by a student.
If I need to cancel a class, a make-up class will be scheduled.
