Settle in for a restorative afternoon of sound, guided meditation, and mandala drawing, designed to quiet the mind and invite your innate creativity to shine.

We’ll begin with an immersive sound bath with gongs, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, and other resonant instruments, followed by a guided meditation designed to deepen relaxation and spark creativity. Then, we’ll begin a simple yet intricate meditative drawing practice, where you’ll be invited to create your own unique mandala through gentle repetition and pattern. After framing your artwork to take home, we’ll celebrate our collective creativity.

No artistic or meditative experience is needed. This workshop is calming, accessible, and welcoming to all. All materials are included, just bring a yoga mat and any comfort items like pillows or blankets for the sound portion.
